Being the founding secretary of Humain-I, HR club at IIM Indore, during my MBA, I got the opportunity to build the club from scratch and lay foundation for it. I lead the team and we initiated innovative events that helped the student community. The role also provided an opportunity to enhance my knowledge in HR and shaped my career towards HR. As the HR Manager at Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd., a manufacturing company, my responsibilities include Training & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Employee Communication.
