Distributed to top 150 CIOs in India at CIO Crown annual conclave by the organisers, where I delivered the keynote speech.
Role – Chief Digital Officer
In my role as Chief Digital Officer, main focus has been driving the Digital Transformation in the Indian Consumer space.
The domain of transformation includes Digital supply chain, Core operations and Customer ecosystem.
The span of technologies include significant pivoting of Microservices Enterprise Architecture, Big Data infrastructure, Advanced analytics, Machine Learning - AI, Digital API Grid, Digital assets & Mobile apps. Transformation includes real-time demand sensing, demand shaping, demand response, Salesforce effectiveness and global inventory orchestration.
I am privileged to be Member of CII National Retail Committee, involved in formulating the Retail agenda through policy recommendations, industry representation, round tables, etc. The committee is chaired by Mr. Biyani (Jt MD - Future Retail) and has select leaders from Global & National brands like, Tatas, Aditya Birla Group, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Unilever, Manthan Systems, IKEA, JLL, Snapdeal.
I am a Member of DX 50, the official CDOs Forum of India (under IMAI – Internet and Mobile Association of India). We share this platform to deep dive into issues, opportunities and strategic expertise of the member CIOs and CDOs in India Inc, along with engagement with key Digital & Innovation partners.
My perspective on Digital Transformation
I belief it is the Strategic Transformation powered by advanced technologies to create a future ready enterprise in the digital age.
It is the convergence of Strategic Redesign of the enterprise, Advanced Technologies intervention at all levels of the enterprise and people centric Change Management.

I have over 20 years of Industry experience, held various positions with leading technology companies – Wipro Technologies, HCL Hewlett Packard and Program Director positions with multiple global organizations as clients.
The domain areas of expertise include CxO IT leadership in large organisations, ERP implementation and rollout and Digital Transformation leadership.
Technical expertise in Enterprise architecture, Design Thinking framework, Digital & Analytics Software and IT Infrastructure implementation, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing analytics, Statistical Modelling, Demand Sensing-Forecasting-Shaping analytics, e-Commerce in an Omni channel system, Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Portals & mobility apps.
I have strong foundation of ERP, SCM & CRM implementation – SAP, Baan, Oracle Apps, i2 Technologies, Siebel, Salesforce, IBM Watson Commerce, SAP Hybris, etc.
