Drive Quality of the Temenos Product suite partnering with Executive Management, Product Directors, Senior Leaders and R&D with emphasis on Product Quality and Security Assurance. Temenos AG is a market leading software provider that partners with banks and other financial institutions to transform their businesses and stay ahead of a changing marketplace. Led multiple Quality Improvement initiatives involving revamping of Product Security Assurance activities, Harmonisation of product development and testing processes across integrated and acquired entities across Europe, UK and India and Overhaul of the product delivery metrics across Global Product Development. Working closely with Internal Risk and Audit to initiate and lead Remediation programs for key internal items and multiple External Certifications (ISO based and CMMI based) for the India and UK based delivery centres.

Defined, piloted and implemented initiatives focused on the “No surprises” theme across all verticals (Banking, Insurance, Capital Mkts). => Led a team of 40+ SQAs (peak strength) from Delivery and Compliance backgrounds to ensure Early warnings to Senior Executives and also drive CMMI practice implementation for two successive CMMI Level 5 journeys in 2005 and 2008.
