Responsible for managing/configuring Salesforce.com and partnering with the Executive management and Business Development teams to improve operational efficiency, achieve substantial revenue growth, and deliver a positive end user experience.
For all new applications, implement data model and security settings including:
-Organization Wide Defaults and Field Level Security
-Object-level CRUD settings
-Public Groups, Queues, and Sharing Rules for new objects
-Ensure data quality and integrity
Finalize and implement business automation functionality utilizing workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, etc.
Create, setup, and modify communication and email templates used in business processes
Build and implement custom Visualforce pages.
Creating new users and providing appropriate permissions, uploading data sheets for the users, Supporting all salesforce.com users for salesforce issues.
Customizing out of box functionality according to our business.
Creating salesforce public groups.
