Initiate Damage Re-Bill (DRB) project. Analyse all abnormal damage that is caused by running tool out of specification and charge related cost back to client. Achievement: Successfully invoice 3.4 Million USD extra revenue from DRB (2014- 2015). Assigned to Failure Analysis & Investigation for every tool failure using analysis tools such as root cause analysis, 5 whys, fault tree analysis, paretto chart, fish bone diagram, etc. Analysing immediate cause, root cause, remedial work plan, and improvement plan to prevent same incident reoccur. Achievement: All failure are closed by using Schlumberger Cause Analysis Tools (SCAT). Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma in maintenance team. Lead Executive Steering Committee meeting, 5S stand down, weekly 5S audit, lean project assistor. Conduct Value Stream Mapping for all departments and propose improvement to line management. Achievement: Achieve 100% target to close all investigation and present all tool failure to client below 60 days during 2013 (the only location in Asia). Assisting Lean Site Champion on Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma. Conduct lean meeting, 5S stand down & self-audit, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) lean project assistor. Achievement: 900K USD saving in 2013 from machine shop reparation, tool transfers in and out, internal calibrations, and local manufacturing jig tools.
