One of the only 2 product managers, responsible for conceptualizing, building and delivering Makemytrip's corporate travel offering. Responsible for strategic product initiatives, revenue & conversion achievements for the business, and overall operations management across platforms - Desktop, Android and iOS. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as contracting, technology, operations, marketing, and finance to bring meaningful and high impact product features to the customers. Navigate horizontally across the organization to get the product requirements aligned with cross-functional teams. Manage the product backlog and define and prioritize user-stories for the entire corporate funnel across all lines of businesses including Flights, Hotels, Bus. Streamline operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks. Work with design team towards prototyping and testing new designs to solve user needs by conducting user and usability research. Comfort in using and setting up a wide variety of industry standard marketing tools like Omniture, Google analytics, WebEngage, HIVE etc. Expertise in mySQL.
