I am an Electrical Engineer, holding a management degree backed by the versatile experience of more than 9 years. I work for SMEs as a management consultant and helping them in streamlining their business across their domains - Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR. Together with my partners, we bring in the experience of working across sectors with SMEs like Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Energy, IoT, Real Estate, Food, etc. Apart from my business consultancy, at nGej, we mentor engineering students for the discipline of Electrical Engineering. I, being Engineering and business enthusiast, keenly look forward to bridging employability gap by nGej. Hands on experience on managing Smart Grid Projects and working with the teams for new Product Development; also I have been a key member of the elite team that's working on strengthening a culture of the organization.
