Responsible for Design, Implementation and Support Cisco Voice Over IP Solution for our Clients. Worked on several Projects on IPT & UCCX Platform which includes Different Vendor PBX's, Cisco Voice Gateways, CUBE, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Presence Server, Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco and Third Party IP Phones, Jabber Clients, Call Recoding Server, Third Party CDR and Attendant Console Servers, Windows Server. Attends regular Project meeting to coordinate with different regions (NA, LA, EMEA and APAC) and with ISP's for project related work / Troubleshooting Issues. Attends Change Management Meeting to represent VoIP Changes to Change Management Board. Regularly coordinate with Different Teams (R&S, Security, Wireless, Server, AD, SCOM, NOC) for Implementation and Support Issues. Familiar with ITIL Process and do ticket related work using BMC Remedy Tool.
