Created the web platform thrice (At different times for different biz requirements): • Custom made Solution (Web, Mobile, App) to handle a smaller biz - But it required a lot of development effort to handle scale & be integrated in Snapdeal Systems. • Magento Based E-Commerce Platform + Uniware + Freshdesh: Independent LOB • Custom Web Application on the TV-Commerce Tech Platform to merge operations of two LOBs in to one.
