I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest corporates and startups, which has given me immense experience.
It is a pretty big decision to quit your job and do something on your own when you are just 22 and do not have any big VC funding you ( because well you didn't go to the VC funding colleges). But I have somehow survived. And I am proud of myself.
I write because I love to write, money is just a way of paying the rent and making the ends meet. My last job in IT paid too, but I didn't like it. I wanted to write my heart out, travel the world and read as many books as I can. And so, I decided to quit my job.
I don't regret it, and I don't think I will ever regret. This was probably the best decision of my life.
I have been writing and blogging for about 3 years now, and the journey has been great. I write about fashion, lifestyle, IT, gaming, hell I even get to write about Game of Thrones. Now when you are getting paid to write an article about Game of Thrones, you are definitely doing something right.
I am just 22, at the starting phase of my career, I might not have big lists to add in the experience field here. But what I lack in experience, I make up for in my passion and motivation to write.
- I work for at least 13 hours a day, and I freaking love it
