• Initiated the first ATL activity (radio ad) for the brand. The campaign started off with Delhi NCR market, followed by other metro cities. • Responsible for Brand Management – planning, execution and analysis of brand promotions. • Planning, execution and analysis of all ATL/BTL activities / corporate events across India. • Media planning (print/TV) – ensuring media buying is done within the allocated budget for the region and monitoring the responses. • Integration of offline marketing campaigns and digital marketing. • Affiliate marketing - handling of email and SMS campaigns. • Vendor / Agency management – handling the media buying agency, creative agency, BTL agency, printing and gifting vendors. • Strategic alliances and tie ups - Associating with various brands, corporate (SBI, HDFC), education Institutions to generate queries and traffic. • Marketing calendar – preparation of marketing calendar as per the annual budget, growth plan of organization. • Competitor analysis.
