I have the honor to work as a part of a strategic content marketing team focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience — and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action. Here, I use my creative craft along with the understanding of various digital platforms and grasp of culture to solve brand marketing problems. To begin with, I own the Optymyze brand across all social media channels and am responsible for executing our brand communications strategy across various digital platforms, both internal and external. Typically, I work with art directors, content ninjas, and data pros as partners to proficiently balance my act of creative idea generation and tactical execution. Together, we develop powerful go-to-market programs and campaigns and conduct on-going measurement against goals. I am responsible for aligning social media and internal communications strategy with other marketing campaigns – paid advertising and email marketing - to help build a strong and consistent global brand in the Sales Operations Management industry and realize our significant market opportunity. My role also involves working in collaboration with world-class media agency partners to deliver public relations and thought leadership campaigns to boost brand awareness. Most recently, taking the multi-channel campaigns and marketing approach as part of the advocacy group, I've been tasked with building our thought leadership and employee advocacy programs. We view content as a business asset and continuously strive to enhance our processes, people, and platforms to better scale and deliver content with the intent to improve the overall customer experience.
