Short Biography

I'm B.Tech (1st class Hons) Computer Science & Engg,IIT-BHU, 2002 pass out. My career started with a software company called Amsoft Systems & then I switched to Sapient Corp.Worked on J2EE, PHP, Informatica etc for Harvard University & Verizon projects at Sapient at client sites. Later, joined Resonance Eduventures Pvt Ltd, a test-prep company where i have been playing the role of Head of Online Learning Division. I'm a team player and self motivated for my tasks. Never remain shelved in my own department but also like adding value in organization's other departments. I've been working towards improving User Experience and Learning Outcomes by way of online learning, for K-12 and test-prep domains. My tasks (in order to achieve above) encompass course planning, design, marketing(online & offline), operations, after-sales and back to planning by collecting stakeholders' feedback. This way we complete the Course/program lifecycle and launch products in-tune with market dynamics.

Head of Online Learning Programme Division. I manage & coordinate Online Testing & Assessment App, VC based live video-learning programmes,etc. The scope of work includes: - Product planning in sync with Academics - Product rollout based on past experiences and future potential - Business Development, both ATL & BTL - Keeping Bottom Line positive (have been consistently doing since the inception) - Keeping Growth momentum (maintaining 25% CAGR) - Supervising After-sales to more than 10,000 kids every year I'm the architect of Resonance's Online Learning & Assessment Engine (in PHP) and planned & got all the work flow designed for it. This is reaping benefits & thousands of students across the country are benefiting from it. I also write & deploy Google Campaigns & Ads for my division and ensure that their average Ad position remains between 1 to 3. Planned & released (in sync with Academics) couple of popular test-prep Books based on market needs.
