Working in the Customer Experience (CX) Team to improve the experience of end customers of Myntra across platforms. Day to day work includes working on AWS Redshift, R, Python, and MS-Excel to perform deep diving analytics to bring out excellent Business results keeping the CX metrics growing on the greener side. My current role includes working on databases to pull out data and perform multiple data, manipulation techniques from the statistical POV to get insights to come out with solution statement(s).
