Revenue is driven through the monetization of our global mobile advertising network at InMobi. The Sales team works with advertisers, agencies, and application developers to help them define and achieve the objectives for their mobile advertising campaigns. As a fast moving and impactful leader, I am managing the Brand Delivery Team, which enables the delivery of these campaign for all InMobi markets in North America, Europe, and the UK. Am responsible for InMobi’s post sales advertising operations and delivering revenue of over $25 million annually. In a rapidly growing mobile advertising market, my leadership combines exceptional understanding of product with industry trends, market analysis and a passion for uncovering new opportunities. My work is in the front and center of all the latest in the mobile advertising space. As a leader, I closely interact with senior stakeholders across different cultures, regions, and agencies and work very closely with Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Sales. My team works closely with Account and Sales Managers and helps deliver the maximum value for the client’s advertising spend on the InMobi network across the world. It is also responsible for up-selling and cross-selling various innovative products or solutions that are constantly launched by InMobi. It sets up, manages, and optimizes complex ad campaigns to deliver the revenue and client’s objectives. As a leader, I mentor my team to use data and their strong analytical capabilities to come up with recommendations to deliver results to clients and to consistently exceed on OKRs in accordance with InMobi’s vision and strategy. As part of this leadership role and strict hiring policy, have extensive experience of interviewing candidates ranging from fresh graduates with no experience to over 10 years of professional experience for various roles from entry-level, including internship, to senior roles across various functions, such as Strategy and Operations, Delivery, Campaign Management, Account Management, Sales Operations, etc.
