• Development of a Dynamic Campaign Evaluator for Credit cards which serves as one stop tool to decide the financial estimates for various campaign scenarios. The user has the flexibility to change the offer duration, offer costs, change the shape of the assumption curves and if needed apply stress factors for various card products and risk groups. Based on the created scenario the user can see the estimated financial impacts and decide judiciously. • Pricing: Post Implementation Review- Post launch of a campaign how have the book / financials changed and whether or not the hurdle criteria’s have been breached. Given there is enough room between hurdle criteria and the financials, what is the optimum amount of risk that can be taken to increase the Economic Profit. Carrying out APR mismatch analysis for Loans on regular basis and exploring reasons for the same with the business for further refinement of the models / processes at either ends. Periodically refreshing the assumption curves for both Credit Cards & Loans based on recent data. Price Change Request- What impact does change of APR both for loans & Credit Cards have on the financials and eventually on the hurdle criteria. This helps to get an understanding of the APRs which would possibly help to maximize profits at permissible risks. • Worked proprietary product development where the main requirement was to implement a couple of use cases to maximize the revenue and customer satisfaction for the client. It involved using of Logistic regression on quantitative / qualitative to predict if a flyer can be offered a mobile Sim Card based on an international travel. The other part involved offering the best possible ancillary products/offers to the customer in order to increase revenue and customer loyalty. This was achieved through customer past preferences and product market basket analysis using Collaborative Filtering • Worked on the project for a U.S based Retail giant for the B2B customers. The project aimed at creation of customer segment based on the nature of purchases made like Residential, repair etc. In the absence of any clear business rule the work involved extensive analysis of the year on year purchase data and identifying useful trends. The work also involved variable reduction using PCA, clustering and discriminate analysis in SAS. • Worked on consultancy based project for an U.S. client. The work involved in finding out membership attrition oven the couple of years. Finally we intended to give a financial model in term of optimum membership fees / fees for various event conducted. It involved churn and survival analysis. • Worked on project that involved Multi Promotional Channel Optimization for multiple brands for a Japan based pharmaceutical company. The project involved regression \TGCG based calculation of ROI for over 10 channels for each of the brands and impact of the overall promotional activity on the generation of revenue for that particular brand. This project involved the use of SAS and MS Excel for data analysing. • Worked on a data strategy project for a US based pharma giant to identify the data flow within the organisation, any additional data requirements and gap analysis along with constructive recommendations for the future benefit and growth of the client
