In this role, my primary responsibilities include: 1) Developing the Product Architecture of Motion Control Systems for Line-of-Sight Stabilization of Optical Payloads. 2) Researching and Formulating Physics of Motion Control Systems for UAV/Naval/Ground mounted Turrets and Gimbals. 3) Programming Firmware residing on Multi-core Micro-controllers and DSP's, for interfacing Peripherals and Controlling actuators 4) Aiding in Electronic PCB design, Board Bring-up and Debugging. 5) Interfacing and testing various hardware peripherals like Gyroscopes, Encoders, Motors, Cameras, FET Drivers, etc. 6) Analyzing, filtering and estimating sensor data, and modelling system dynamics for maximizing performance. 7) Hardware Component Selection for optimum performance, cost and time to market.
