As the Senior Online Operations Manager for the Digital Enterprise department of the Valiram Group (South East Asia's largest luxury retailer) my role involves: 1. Developing and executing the vision and strategy for the eCommerce channel that encompasses product, marketing and site management. a. Developing and executing a business strategy that optimises traffic, conversion and ATV. b. Developing a strategy for paid and natural search, electronic direct marketing and affiliate marketing. c. Managing Direct Marketing execution and collaborating with the inventory teams to develop a sales & inventory plan that optimises channel growth and profitability d. Collaborating with merchandising and inventory to develop and execute the brand promotional strategy e. Collaborating with the brand teams to develop merchandising and demand planning/sales forecasts f. Leading and developing a team of direct reports, focused on four main areas, online operations, customer service, marketing, and site management. g. Managing the Online Businesses - revenue and budget (P/L Responsibilities) h. Collaborating with the development team to optimise the performance of the website and its ability to generate sales and related transactions. i. Ensuring the smooth daily effectiveness of content display merchandising, navigation, search functionality and product presentation to maximise the customer experience. j. Provide on-going tracking and analysis of customer behaviour. k. Managing all 3rd party vendors, vetting processes, contacts and SLAs. 2. Developing and executing an Email, Social Media and Digital Marketing strategy, plan and budget for the non eCommerce brands of the Group and reporting on their effectiveness.
