Leading a team of 12+ responsible for managing Compliance 1st line of defence testing and other related Operational Risk activities for Global Merchant Services. Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives (including SVP, EVP and GM) for activities which affect control rating metrics, like access reviews, mandatory enterprise training and phishing attacks. Work very closely with Compliance, Privacy and Counsel Office to ensure merchants abide by privacy regulations, contractual requirements and internal standards.
