During my graduation for a bachelor's degree as a Computer Science engineer, it was only in the last semester of third year that got me into realising that I am such a non-technical person who loves public speaking and talking to the audience all at once! This lead me to hosting cultural shows for college festivals, conducting panel discussions for the alumni meet and doing society shows for the weekends. While getting a graduate degree, I was placed at Accenture Solutions Private Limited as an Associate Software Engineer. The recruitment process was the easiest which went on about aptitude test including Quants, Logical, Technical questions followed by a panel interview for the HR and technical round of questions with 5 candidates at a time out of which 4 got qualified to join onboard post 6-7 months after final exams. There were a total of 275 candidates who got selected to join the company at a career level 12: Application Developer Associate.
The quest for getting good shows to host lead me to start working for mall activities during the weekends till my joining at Accenture could finally arrive! I was also working as a Digital marketing analyst for a Search Engine Optimization internship during the weekdays for 3 months.
After getting onboard, I was subjected to training and finally got hardlocked for a project in Java technology with the development team after 3 long months which included various training and the bench period of course.
The zing for public speaking will always be alive and I am well aware that I am really not made for coding. As a result of which, my development team at Accenture proudly assigns me for hosting all the promotion parties, meet ups and reunion gatherings for the clients
