Today Randstad Holdings, an Amsterdam-based human resources and recruitment specialist has acquired job hunting portal Monster Worldwide, Inc. • Designed the strategy that fulfill the objectives, maximize revenues, profits and market share of the company and implemented the chosen strategy across product management, pricing, sales & distribution and promotion. • Responsible for Implementation of market policies Channel Management; accountable for setting & achieving the top-line, middle-line and bottom-line targets within the prescribed budget and time. Identified opportunities to streamline working processes within Marketing and Sales teams.
