Overseen creatives and marketing collaterals. • Digital marketing & advertising – charted the complete digital framework, social media strategy for key channels and campaigns (organic and paid), measured KPIs and goal conversions via google analytics. Managed re-targeting, PPC, SEO, display ads, email marketing, affiliate marketing & 3rd party portals promotion, online creatives, customer testimonial videos and project walkthroughs on YouTube, UI & UX, landing pages, websites, newsletters and push/pull SMS. • Co-supported sales teams with strategy and targets. Worked closely and supported other internal stakeholders such as Channel Partners, CRM, and Presales for improving Customer acquisition and retention tactics.
