Gaurav is passionate about Organisation Behavior. He is a seasoned HR Professional with 7.5 years of well-rounded experience. He has worked in Power, Food, Nutrition & Pharma sector while managing stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Research & Development, Corporate Functions, Sales & Marketing in both (B2B & B2C setups) and (Indian & Foreign MNCs). He has handled diverse profile across Learning & Organisation Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management & Employee Engagement while working as Center of Excellence and HRBP in earlier assignments. He has a track record of flourishing in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. He has successfully implemented HR systems, processes & policies for start-up organisations. He has also contributed as an assessor for a couple of Assessment Centers.

He is currently leading HRBP role for Human Pharma business (Diabetes Therapy –All India Sales Field Force) comprising of 350+ employees for Boehringer Ingelheim -India. He is accountable for implementation of EVP for BI-India & Coaching intervention for Sales Leadership Team. Apart from HR projects he has delivered one business project for Diabetes Therapy & has been recently nominated as core team member of BI Strategy 2025 Team.

Accountable for Employee Lifecycle for sales field force across India (350+ headcount), rollout of "Employee Value Proposition" for BI-India & building "Coaching Culture" for Sales Leadership Team. Worked on"Benchmarking Sales Force Effectiveness vis-à-vis Competition". Currently implementing the action plan emerged out of Benchmarking Study. Have successfully completed Performance Management process & Compensation Planning for Field Force as per set timelines. Conducted sessions on “Transaction Analysis” & "Managerial Counselling" for employees. Attended 2-day training program in Singapore on People Strategy & applied concepts learned in driving People Strategy for Field Force initiative to Build “Best Sales Force by 2020”.
