Reliance Footprint is India's largest multi Brand Footwear Retail chain with 300+ stores spread across 112 cities and towns. I joined as part of the core team reporting to the CEO to setup Footprint360.com, e-Commerce venture of Reliance Footprint. As part of the core team I worked on 5yr P&L and sales plan, GTM Strategy, Vendor Selection for Website and Mobile App, Merchandising plan, Warehouse planning and implementation, Tie-ups with Delivery partners, Digital Marketing Strategy and Customer Support Team. We launched the site Footprint360.com in July 2016 on Magento Platform. -- Post Launch I handled Digital Marketing End to End Digital Marketing Strategy , Brand Positioning, Budget allocation and execution of Paid Media (both offline and online) campaigns, Earned Media and Owned Media, Web, Data Analytics and Customer Lifecycle Management. Completely ROI focused to reduce the cost per sale. -- Extensively conducted Mystery Audits and Customer Surveys to re-position Footprint360.com and ensure that there is brand coherence between the offline brand positioning for Reliance Footprint and Footprint360. -- Setup the Customer Support team including Tech Infrastructure and streamlined process to ensure strong co-ordination between teams to handle Payment issues, Delivery related issues , Product Returns issues and Refunds. -- OmniChannel Launch -- Setup kiosks in 30 stores Pan India and make store inventory visible on the website so that order can be fulfilled either from the warehouse or store. -- Ensure proper Merchandising in the stores co-ordinating with the category teams and improve conversion rate on the website. Worked with delivery partners to reduce the logistics cost. -- Selling on Online Marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra -- I worked extensively with multiple internal teams right from NSO (New Store Opening), VM Teams, Design team, Category, Logistics, Marketing and Finance team and have better grasp of both online and offline retail.
