PhD student at University of Central Florida, Orlando
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
I am a researcher who is inclined immensely to the field of entomology. I would like to study the behaviour of eusocial insects (ants and bees) and try to understand the disease defence mechanisms that make them them so efficient in reducing disease transmission and infection. I recently finished my masters in Biology from Indian Institute of Science and am headed to UCF for my PhD starting this Fall. Along with science, I am a cricket-freak and played professional cricket for a few years during my undergraduate studies.
