• Develop business plan and recommend sales strategies for each individual Corporate. • Conduct business development research to expand pipeline and identify new markets for growth. • Develop proactive sales programs to drive growth in revenue. • Develop sales forecast to support other members within the company to drive customer satisfaction. • Conduct Voice of the Customer and Customer Satisfaction surveys to evaluate and communicate customer feedback to the company and recommend improvements. • Identify and support product development opportunities in new and existing markets. • Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices. • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. • Meet and establish a relationship with key accounts; develop strategies to support those accounts and drive sales growth. • Participate in the development of new project proposals and business • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
