Unlike most strategy consultants, Ashish leads projects in not only generating sound strategy but also in executing the strategy for clients thereby taking end-to-end responsibility of strategy from drawing board to field implementation. Last year as part of 'Make in India' project, Ashish helped Govt. of Andhra Pradesh with a strategy to pitch to leading Electronic Manufacturing companies globally in Mobile, Set Top Box, Flat Panel Display and Integrated Chip Manufacturing areas to set up manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh. This project successfully helped in landing investment at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Leading brands such as Xiaomi, Gionee and Electronic contract Manufacturing majors such as FOXCONN have invested in Andhra Pradesh as a result of this endeavour. This sets the stage for many other leading brands such as Samsung and Sony to expand and Marquee brands such as Apple to set manufacturing facilities in India.
