Data Scientist (Imaging) for Histopathological Images Analysis. Project- iADSS (Image analysis & Decision Support System). Technology Involved: Pattern Recognition, Segmentation Algorithms, Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning. Responsibility: Research and implementation of Algorithm for Detection of Various feature in different organs. Research and implementation of the classification techniques to classify Images as Normal and Abnormal. Research on implementation of the Algorithms to port on GPGPU; Description: iADSS is toxicological analysis system made for pathologists to digitize, automate and speedup certain aspects of drug discovery life cycle. This software consist various modules including Digital Microscopic slide visualize, image processing Engine, AI engine (for Object Extraction), etc. Other than Core image processing domain, I have also experience in some Computer Vision tasks such as Pedestrian Detection, Face detection and recognition, OCR technology, Object detection and tracking algorithms, Gesture based Human computer interection. I have experience of using various Machine Learning models and algorithms such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Data Clustering, High Dimension data visualization/dimension reduction, Artificial Neural Nets, Convolution Neural Nets (Deep Learning), I have developed Machine Learning tool in MATLAB environment independent of MATLAB's Machine Learning tool. I have experience of algorithm development (Image Processing) for Parallel Processing architecture such GP-GPU using CUDA. I have developed various image processing algorithm which can be easily portable to Parallel processing architecture.
