Short Biography

I started my career by taking green field project for Omega Fishmeal & Oil Pvt. Ltd. I am assigned to establish HR and IR processes for Ratnagiri factory. I have been working in H R domain since, fourteen months. My projects include workforce planning, Talent Acquisition end to end process, Compensation & Benefit and proper implementation of all labour laws applicable to factory. I successfully have filled all positions in the factory and have implemented new compensation structure for the employees. I am accountable and responsible for all Human Capital working in the factory

My current role is of factory head (HR & IR). I started my career by taking green field project for Omega Fishmeal & Oil Pvt. Ltd. I have worked on workforce planning. I have conducted surveys of the industrial area; to understand and forecast the available skill set and to maintain demand supply equilibrium of needed human capital. I have extensively worked in Talent Acquisition end to end process. I have experience of recruiting employees in senior roles as well as junior staffs in different departments for the company. I with my team have prepared job descriptions, advertisement, conducting interviews, creating talent bank and on- boarding of newly recruits. Presently, I am working on Compensation & Benefit. My assignment includes salary fitment, compliance with legal norms such as minimum wage for all, mandatory bonus for eligible employee, compensation neutralization in respect to gender. Job evaluation and analysis by using point method to neutralise internal fitment. As an Industrial Relation (IR) professional, I am liaising with government agencies for proper implementation of all labour laws applicable to factory which includes registration of factory, registration under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, implementation of Standing Order Act, implementing guidelines under Factories act.
