I'm passionate about modern day businesses as I strongly believe that they can bring in a significant impact to the society. This always motivates me to stay in the business and it is one of the important factors that held me close to the strategy teams.

This passion took shape in the form of choosing a career at a startup over a Fortune 100 Company. I have been associated with BRIDGEi2i Analytics Solutions from the days of 9 member team and I have seen the organization growing to 150+ team. This journey has been very fruitful and insightful as it has helped me realize what truly makes me "want more". At BRIDGEi2i I have played various roles : Started my career as a technologist, later delivered Analytics Solutions for Fortune 500 companies, moved into solution & product marketing. Now, using the rich experience, I lead the Sales Analytics product of BRIDGEi2i, Sales Decision Engine.

I'm really passionate about blogging. I write for a couple of journals particularly, Hubspot & Supply Chain and have also been recognized as one of the Top 180 Data Science Bloggers by Data Science Central. My love for data, metrics and story-telling has helped me contribute to the Open Data of Indian Government and also win the National Hackathon on Open Data organized by National Planning Commission
