An agile and iterative blend of technology, data analysis and media is proved crucial to drive growth. Achievements: The launch of Jio was a spectacle that the whole of India witnessed. The communication plan centered at creating a pull for the Jio services reaching a crescendo at the launch. Both internal and external communities worked in tandem to create the much needed resonance and noise. Flanked by the successful launch of LYF last year, the handset brand has risen to No.3 in market share catapulting investment by other handset manufacturers to fuel the ecosystem for Jio. With such big names in the fray, a perfect combination of content, communities, fandom and media has brought about a positive reputation with high share of voice and organic WoM. The high decibel levels have already ensured 10M users to sign up and enjoy the Jio ecosystem. Additionally, I also regularly work with teams working on Mumbai Indians and Reliance Digital.
