Working on Theory of Constraints for CVBU Spare Parts Business. Statistical Norm setting for all the SKUs based on their consumption pattern & desired service level. Creation & Management of Norm for over 40000 SKUs across Regional Warehouses & Central WH. Minimize Loss of sale by analysis & action on SKUs which are in deficit (Black) for more than 10 days. Responsible for sending of Monthly schedule requirements for Non-TOC SKUs to 1000+ vendors. Centrally co-ordinate with 20+ buyers across India for Supply related issues & ensuring availability. Inventory Management by redistribution of parts from points of excess to point of deficit regularly. Ensured Optimal Inventory during shifting of largest warehouse by efficient Norm management. Monitoring of white parts (excess) and taking action on the same though blocking further procurement. Increased Standardization and Agility of backend operation using VBA & Macro for automation.
