Short Biography

I am a digital native with 10 years experience, it's an industry I love and something that drives my everyday thinking. I started from the ground up with a background of video game design, I loved illustration and animation. Over the last 3-4yrs my focus has been pushed well into the world of Strategy & User Experience. I had this insane idea to set up my own UX consulting firm - it allows me to work closely with retail and corporates and change the game in terms of a customer's on and offline engagement and overall experience. As an UX Strategist, I was always responsible for the creative strategy, direction, UX design and overall quality of the digital creative, but I have also over seen the technical specifications and general production delivery. I often had to dive in to ensure my teams hit the mark, I also was heavily involved across Web, Offline and Mobile App strategies, ensuring the big picture was considered for not only now but in the long run.
