Stint at HCL has been a highly challenging one starting from being a Senior Developer and delivering complex development work in Credit Risk domain to managing a large delivery on the Credit Risk Engine. It also involved going through various BAFIN audits successfully. Involved in delivering complex methodology related work for Credit Risk valuation of various products / asset classes, performance tuning of the Monte Carlo based credit exposure calculation engine, migration to Linux platform and re-engineering of the scenario and aggregation algorithms. Over a period of time, also managed methodology work on Market Risk domain and program managed delivery of P&L applications of a large Investment Bank. Certified PMP professional with a high degree of implementation experience and keenness to succeed in challenging and complex environments. Experience also includes product engineering work in a distributed agile environment in the Trade Finance domain where exceptional people motivational aspects were displayed in the program management role. The current role includes delivery management for a large team of 150 to 200 resources where work is done in a distributed environment across various geos in the Operations IT space for a large Investment Bank. Stabilization of delivery and running some key initiatives are a critical part of the role.
