Responsible for developing strategic growth plans and systems & processes to manage end-to-end innovation from Idea to hand-off. My focus is to bring the latest thinking on Innovation into the organization and developing & strengthening the organization's innovation management capability. My current role allows me to be positioned at the intersection of a number of functional roles such as marketing, corporate finance, development, operations and technology. During my tenure, I have developed the New Business Channels portfolio in to a multi million dollar growth initiative contributing significantly to the company's growth in the past decade.
