•Managed a portfolio of international and Indian client accounts like John Lewis, Conscious Steps, Koovs and Spencers to name a few and have lead the production and planning of two in-house brands. •Ensured client retention and increased wallet share through rational costing and negotiation, keeping in mind the order size, brand value and production feasibility. •Developed and maintained order processing plan for each client and action plan for all internal departments to ensure timely production and dispatch. •Worked closely with procurement team to review lab dips and approve yarn and packaging material. •Ensured regular follow-up and quality check at knitting, embroidery, silicon and packaging stage of production to maintain optimum quality levels for each order. •Coordinated with the commercial and accounts department to facilitate preparation of commercial in-voice, export packing list, receipt of bill of lading from the forwarder and bill clearance. •Increased the quantity and frequency of orders, through research of latest fashion trends and analysis of buyer’s higher selling articles to forecast their design and functional need and offer samples that meet their requirements. •Regularly visited client sites to maintain healthy relationships, present new product range and tap business opportunities.
