International Nocturnal Enuresis Biobank (INEB, 2017 - ). INEB aims to create a large worldwide cohort of well characterized patients with Nocturnal Enuresis (NE, night time bedwetting), from 7 eminent nephrology centers, with the ambition to combine clinical data, bladder diaries, QOL data and ‘omics’ data to find innovative solutions to NE. As the Biobank Manager I am responsible for building INEB: • Technical: REDCap database, biological sample collection kits and storage • Financial: Budget, accounts and fundraising • Legal: Working with lawyers from AU-TTO for collaboration agreements, securing permissions from ethical and data protection agencies • Strategic: INEB projects, networking, new idea generation, member of Innovation fund consortia on medical big data project. • Organizing: Scientific, strategy and steering committee meetings for INEB Member of following ongoing projects: • Genetic linkage studies in SSNS • Nephrotic Syndrome in DK • Genetics of SRNS • Pursuit of Circulation permeability factor in NS in Zebrafish • AVPR2 escape from inactivation
