With my proven experiences in building Great Workplaces, (Kantar's GDC ranked 22nd in 2018-19) I strongly believe I have the skills to undertake critical transformational activities within an organization.

With prior experience in Hotels, Airlines and ITES, where I gained skills linked to Pre Sales, Sales, Transitions, Ramp Up's, BAU Operations, Transformation etc, I am attuned to meet the demands of the client, my employees, as well as connected stakeholders.

Head of Kantar’s Global Delivery Centre, managing end to end Market Research back end activity for the group, operating through centres located in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Bangalore, and supporting global locations in USA, UK, Europe, APAC, AMEA etc. Accountable for P&L Management, Employee Management, Sales, Quality and Business Transformation. Led key initiatives to reduce overhead, improve efficiency and increase employee satisfaction while building a One Team culture. This led to Kantar’s GDC being recognized amongst India’s top 50 Great places to work from 2017 to 2019.
