Shahid Kalaniya is Sr. Analyst/Consultant with expertise on the ITIL process functionality.
• With an overall experience of 5 years, currently working as a developer/consultant with a good overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform, technical processes, best practices, coding/design standards and core functionalities.
• He can assist with technical design excellence, creativity also at the same time help provide a better understanding of ITIL processes to automate, which can improve customer experience.
• He has successfully integrated Informatica tool with ServiceNow and has good understanding of Integration using SOAP and REST to import data.
• As part of his role, Shahid has been involved in requirement analysis, estimations, design and implementation of technology solutions, coding, bug-fixing, application maintenance, functional studies, internal quality reviews and testing.
• He has experience in end to end development and implementation of commonly used Applications. Shahid is a certified “ServiceNow Certified System Administrator” and “ITIL Foundation V.3”.
• He also acts as a mentor/trainer to new joiners and is currently working as a developer on the ServiceNow engagements.
