Myself at present is a Language Analyst – Mandarin at ITC Info Tech, Bangalore, India. His primary Job Description is to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talks time (AHT), with articulate, organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Earlier, he joined at Sikkim University in July, 2010 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Asian Languages (Chinese). On the Year 1999, he was awarded the Prestigious Chinese Government Scholarship and studied Advanced Chinese Language (Mandarin) from Beijing Language & Culture University, Beijing for a Year (From August, 1999 Till July, 2000).
Moreover, he undertaken the prestigious Chinese Proficiency Test (H.S.K.) in March, 2000 and have successfully awarded the Certificate of Proficiency in Modern Chinese Language. He finished his Masters in Chinese Languages & Culture in July, 2002 from Visva-Bharati University. Meanwhile, he qualified Eligibility for Lectureship – National Eligibility Test (NET) in December, 2001 in single chance. He also completed Two Years Computer Course (DNIIT) from NIIT in 2002 & “Swift Net Weaver” from NIIT in 2001 respectively.
He started his career as an Asia Pacific Manager at Beijing, China for Five Years (From 2002 Till 2007) in one of the renowned Tourism Company to promote India Tourism (Incredible India) at China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao & South East Asian Countries & organized as well as interpreted various Government/Minister, Official/Bureaucrat, Business/Corporate, Leisure/Tourist etc. Meanwhile, he did lots of Technical Interpretation exclusively in various Steel Plant & Power Plant at India.
He also did associated with one of the renowned Private Institution at Kolkata, India for Two Years (From 2008 Till 2010) to teach Chinese Language to the Corporate Executives, Technicians, Air-Hostesses, IT Professionals, Management Students, Business Tourists etc. having interaction with China.

Work as a Language Analyst. To help the Chinese Customers in providing best support system. Respond to trouble tickets via phone and email in a timely manner. Determine the scope of the trouble ticket and the responsible department. Research and resolve technical trouble tickets. Immediately notify appropriate individuals of any issues that could potentially impact production activities and follow escalation to keep impact minimal. Document all trouble tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers, team members and department contacts. Cooperate with team members to provide the best customer experience possible. Provide quality customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided.
