•Established and directed the Alliance Department at one of the largest Indian Airlines with the planned objective of building strategic relationships and managing all Industry & Global Airline partners with oversight of the IATA Industry Affairs portfolio. •As a member of the senior executive and a precursor to a planned Alliance integration and Intl operations - oversight and execution responsibility for in-depth analysis of options and the building blocks in assessing income streams through bilateral and global partnerships including bilateral Interline partnerships, Code-Share opportunities and areas with about 100 airlines and the three major global alliances around the world.
