In the last 13 years, Anand has facilitated workshops in areas like senior leadership alignment, articulation of company vision, mission and values, cultural integration, cross functional synergies and productivity, creative problem solving and managing change effectively. He is passionate about the role of OD (Organizational Development), especially in growing organizations and has been a key partner in 3 start-up ventures.
Received the World HRD Congress Award 2012 for ‘Contributions to the field of Global Learning & Develooment. He is also on the editorial board for the "Simulation & Gaming Journal for L & D", and has presented keynotes and white papers on the subject in various international forums.
2014 has seen the international launch of his book "Right of Center - Experiential Initiatives in Action Learning". This resource book provides pragmatic tools and techniques for practitioners and is being received well in the experiential learning community.
