payPLUS- Unified payment acceptance Platform - Incorporated UPI payment instrument facilitating Scan to Pay, VPA based P2P payments, Collect now and Collect later use cases - Incorporated mVISA payment instrument facilitating consumer push payment use case for face to face and remote payments scenario - Enhanced the merchant on-boarding suite by incorporating mobile app based form submission (agent assisted and self-onboarding using Aadhaar) which reduced form-filling time to 15-20 minutes - Conceptualised Smart routing, an offering to route customer’s payment transactions to different acquirers. It led to one of our client’s experiencing increase in success ratio of transactions from 72% to 75% - Introduced EMI transactions by analysing that higher value items are getting converted lesser as compared to lower priced products. This resulted in a 5% increase in conversion during the checkout process - Identified barriers to usage of mobile POS in India which led to revamping the product offering. Thereafter, established omni-channel payment acceptance platform capability in the company PreTUPS- Prepaid recharge management platform - Introduced 3 features (Retailer SOS, Auto O2C/ C2C and Last recharge pass through) to resolve the problem of recharge refusal at retailer due to stock-out which led to 0.5% reduction in recharge refusals globally - Enhanced Commissioning module by incorporating Cumulative base commission (target based commission for buying stock) and Cumulative additional commission (target based commission for subscriber recharges) - Introduced Burn Rate Indicator reports tracking for physical vouchers, Retailer wise distribution per distributor. This helps telecom operators track distributor and retailer performance on a daily basis - Conducted a tri-city research for over 30 retailers and 3 distribution managers to study the future of sales and distribution in telecom companies, leading to the prioritisation of features for Voucher Management system
