Leadership & Team Management • Head of New York Interest Rates securities frontline team, responsible for strategizing and designing business and leading-edge technology solutions for fixed income sales & trading desk. • Shepherd a team of 4 specialists to design interest rate risk and pricing systems for interest rate products. Employed agile development methods to leverage factor model based hedging strategies, saving $2M. Product Design & Management • Led a team of 8 to spearhead a business-critical event management tool. Fast tracked from developer to project lead in 5 months’ time.
