Not restraining herself to any particular domain she has taken the opportunity to work overseas with CCL(Carnival Cruise Lines ) based in USA (Miami) for Five years before relocating to India for good.

Her international projects in the USA have given her insight to the cross cultural training needs, to developing High performance behaviors to understanding the generation gap and bridging it in a fast growing market of young X ers

Her International projects has Span across 17 odd countries and working with 90 different nationalities after joining us(Inspire One) she took up some prestige’s projects across Asia Pacific and is a preferred consultant to one of the leading FMCG and BSFI

She did a project for an manufacturing client where in the project had to be delivered in Multiple Indian Languages and she performed the task and even to today the client asks for her to deliver workshops

Some examples of her previous accomplishments in the area of consulting and training:-

Delivered Training as per the requirements of the Panama and Bahamas Government Which are a part of the Mandatory Training on Crowd management, Crisis Management and Human Behaviour leadership, Vessel Familiarization train the trainer. These training are a major part of behavioural communication and Facilitation.

Dramatically reduced the opinion by the team members to the fact that training is used as a tool to enhance ones skills rather than viewing it as a punishment this was done by designing and conducting effective training programmes with a bent towards AIDA.

Skillfully instituted the performance enhancement and team cohesion program – For Steiner (SPA) established training delivery consistency standardization procedures to enhance the company productivity.

In the capacity of a freelance trainer with respect to the following companies Accenture,IBM,EMC2,Oracle,Indus Institute of culinary arts Archana took on the responsibilities of responsibilities developing and executing training in Verbal Communication, Written Communication,

Effective technical writing skills for Accenture also audited the internal trainers and vendors

Also developed training programmes for IBM in Team Building, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Cross Culture (as a part of Empower)

Developed a complete Personality development programme for- Indus Institute 0f Advance Culinary Arts also helped individual team members in verbal communication.

At MBA Programme,- Bapuji institute of Engineering and Technology- Davengere

 Oversaw the entire operation of Training on Soft Skills, and placements for two batches. Also taught subjects Marketing research, Rural marketing, Business communication, Organizational Development, and promotional Advertising. Took up the initiative to organize a National level Conference on Management of emerging sectors and new Paradigms and perspectives.

 Effectively conducted 30hr sessions on personality development for (KIMMS) for students in Kirloskar Institute of Advance Management Studies,Harihar.

In GKNM Hospital Comibatore- Archana introduced a customer centric training programme for the front line staff and Nurses an advance training programme was instated for the Doctors in the Hospital. Worked a long Side with a use based NGO which took up free operations for girl children for cleft Lip which required counseling and people Management in rural India.

She also worked alongside a therapist in handling Counseling sessions for Drug addicts, Alcoholics, Depression/ Mania Cases

At R& R Hospital (Research and Referral Hospital Delhi) Archana worked with war widows and devised a special training programmes for rehabilitation of injured solider and counseling young Widows and starting with occupational therapy and skill development training for war veterans.
